  • Minimum transaction is 1 USD/EUR. Maximum transaction is 1000 USD/EUR.

  • If it is your first transactions and your total amount is going to be higher than 500 USD/EUR, we will ask you to provide photo ID proving that banking card used belongs to you. Once you provide necessary documents, your card gets to the "white" list and all future transactions will go automatically.

  • Your transaction may get declined because your bank does not allow Internet purchases for your card. If you experience problems with card transactions, we advice you to contact your bank to get further comments.

  • Please note that in case your banking card is associated with local currency (such as roubles, crowns, yens, lats, etc) account and not with USD or EUR account, a higher amount may be debited from your card, because your bank will charge internal currency conversion fee.

  • Once your deposit funds using a banking card, you cannot withdraw funds in next 31 days.
  • In case of problems with card transactions, when you are contacting Customer Support with such - never give your card details to anybody.

  • Card transactions are only approved when card holder name matches account owner name. If a client deposits funds to his or her account using a card of another person, company has a right to freeze the transaction, lock the account or cancel any further services to the client. Use of banking cards that belong to other peson is against international anti-fraud regulations.

  • Before you make a card transaction, we advice you to scan your PC for viruses. In case you see a pop-up window during the process of card payment, we advice you stop the process immediately and contact Customer Support of Forex4you. It is possible that your computer is infected with a virus.

Please note:
The company keeps the right to request a copy of passport and an authorization letter for the bank after the transaction completes.

Your credit card will be debited immediately after purchase.

Your transaction will show on your bank statement as eglobal-forex.com

If you experience any troubles during the transaction - please try again after several minutes.

Process of authorization may take up to several minutes, even though normally it is 10-20 seconds. Processing time may also be influenced because of unstable connection with the server.
